I’m excited to say that I’ve lost my first pound in my prep. I have my macros set for 1.5 pounds a week so I’m on target.
Today my workout was with my team at SleekBodyMethod and we added blasts of combat ropes, sandbag work, with our
heavy sets of chest, shoulders and triceps. My video is a few extra burn out pushups. I was cooked! I feel strong.
I’m excited to see everyone else is beginning their prep for the spring shows.
