Progress Pics: 8 weeks out.

All this and more happened this week.
All this and more happened this week.

These are fun pics!  Good stuff. I’m 5 full weeks into my prep with 8 weeks to go to show date.  I’ve lost 7 pounds since I’ve started.  Yesterday I woke up and put my normal black bikini on and it was too big. So on a whim  I brought out my competition bikini from last year.

13 weeks out and 8 weeks out. My show bikini fits!
13 weeks out and 8 weeks out. My show bikini fits!  2014 Prep progress. FAST!

My green bikini was from RavishSands.com and is so pretty. I love it. It came to me 3 weeks before the show and it didn’t fit. Not a bit. It finally, really fit me about 3 days from the show.
Woot.. I put it on.. it fit!
This is so positive for me. I’m sure that my coach is going to bring me
in leaner and tighter than I was able to get to last year.

Comparison is the thief of joy
Comparison is the thief of joy

I resist the urge to compare myself to others and maintain my goal was
always to bring MY best package. I have miles and miles to go in the next
8 weeks. I will not pick myself apart, I will focus on the work I have to do and let the
results come.  I love this process and how quickly things change in the last weeks.
Super exciting!

Never look back except to see how far you have come

I’m doing the same show as last year.  So the time frame is exactly the same.
The first pic is 7 weeks from the show, 2013. Second is 8 weeks from show,2014.

Almost a year a part. 7 weeks from my first show and 8 from my second show. Progress.
Almost a year a part. 7 weeks from my first show. 8 from my second show. Progress. Very different coaching as well.  Very different mindset.

Mastering my prep

In this prep, I have done everything my coach has told me.
I have not cheated once and I’m even more psyched to push on until I hit the stage.

Moving forward with positive vibes for all of you and your goals!
Whoohoo.. let’s do this!
xoxo
