Day of show: Back Stage

6am: Coach’s house for tan touchup, hair and makeup. Off to competitor meeting.
Cocoa Krispies is super duper flattering! We use dark tan and
makeup so muscles pop under the lights. I’m super pale. This
will mean I will look “lightly tanned” on stage.

You think you want to date or live with a competitor? Talk to this guy and he’ll tell
you how it’s done.  He prepped almost every meal for me for 48 weeks.
Always has my back.  We never do anything small. This show was no
different.  I HAD EVERYTHING I need, including my own squat rack.
I take my glute issues seriously.   I’m lucky to have him. #themister
