I eat them every day. This solves the problem of what to do with those egg whites every morning.

I’ve done protein pancakes now for years. I love pumpkin pie pancakes. 1 can of pumpkin can make 5 pancakes and saves you from all the extra mashing when you do the sweet potato ones (mmm) or the banana based pancakes. Its easiest to store in small mason jars. (or a blend of allspice,nutmeg,ginger,etc). Sometimes I make a few at a time, cut them into little triangles, and keep them for a snack for later.
1/4 c liquid egg whites,
1/4 c pumpkin puree,
1 scoop vanilla protein powder,
1 tbsp flax seed,
1 tbsp cinnamon,
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
This is my mug cake I made with a similar recipe.
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
1/2 scoop Carnivore Protein powder in Vanilla Caramel
1/4 cup oats
2 oz. baked sweet potato
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Blend in the Ninja and pour in a mug.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
I put it in my blender bottle to eat post fat burn. I added some unsweetened vanilla almond milk
to make like cake and milk. mmmmm
