Hi!! It’s 16 weeks out! Last week was pretty great! The below pic is 18 weeks out and 16 weeks out. I had some progress. That’s cool. I “gained” about 4 pounds on the scale. I’m normally not a scale watcher but I decided to follow my patterns of fat loss so I weighed. I wasn’t at all upset because I have not deviated on my macros or plan. I did however not do my water correctly yesterday. I also spilled a bunch of Pink salt on my dinner and then slammed Diet Mt. Dew while we watched murder mysteries. The night before check in.. not a good idea. That sodium was strong!!
We found this casein pudding on Amazon, wow.. it’s so good. Casein is the slowest digesting protein. It works great before bed for sure. We use 3/4 cup almond milk and an immersion blender to whip it up.
Then top with Sugar Free Cool Whip.
We start this week and it’s going to be awesome. I’m really getting amped. We have posing set up for OCB so that’s coming in quick. I hope your week is amazing!!
